My name is Indira Reynaert MA MEd quality assurance officer in higher education. I started eejaa in 2015 as a result of an increasing demand for well-trained professionals in digital business. To improve education in the digital field, I organize peer reviews for the purpose of accreditation, certification and mid-term reviews in higher education.
The specific recommendations for digital innovation are used to renew existing training courses and to shape new education. Over the years I have specialized in quality culture to be able to work with other disciplines besides digital innovation. I usually work as:
– Auditor (lead), NVAO secretary, process manager
– Quality culture consultant
– Panel member in accreditation
– External member of the examination / assessment committee
– Test expert, assessor and reviewer
– Trainer Optimal Assessment for panels
In 2002 I graduated in New Media and Digital Culture (Drs./MA).
Two years after finishing my studies, I started as an independent digital marketing and media strategist and gained more than 14 years of experience in the professional field. In addition, I had been a lecturer at Utrecht University for more than 12 years in the Communication and Information Science program.
In 2015 I started with assessment assignments. For example, I am an external assessor at Inholland University of Applied Sciences in the field of Creative Business and I take educational assessments at Nima for Online Marketer and Digital Marketing.
I am also affiliated with Fontys University of applied sciences as an external member of the examination committee for the Master Leadership & Education and the Master Learning and Innovation.
I obtained my Educational Assessment Qualification (BKE) at Cito in 2017 and started studying again in the same year.
In 2019 I graduated as a Master of Education. My thesis involved peer auditing (grade: 9), a key subject that I linked to change management.
Currently I’m studying quality and process management at the Open University.
